Submit a Grant Report

The Raymond C. Kennedy Foundation requires all grant recipients to submit a follow-up report detailing the results of the funded project. This report should be completed either at the end of the project or within 12 months of receiving the grant—whichever comes first. Organizations that do not fulfill this requirement will not be eligible for future funding.

The Foundation views these reports as an important way to assess the impact of its support. Grantees are encouraged to approach the reporting process not only as a requirement, but as a chance to reflect on outcomes, measure success, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement moving forward.
